Core Exteriors (CEO)
As CEO, I partnered with the owner to drive company growth, revitalize the sales team, and implement a comprehensive training program for the sales staff. I facilitated vendor-led sales training on product knowledge, met individually with the sales team on how to improve sales performance, overhauled the website and engaged marketing firms for lead generation.

Highlights include:

  • Raised $120,000 in new capital
  • Produced 36 training videos for sales staff and a four-page PowerPoint presentation to highlight the company’s success versus their competitors
  • Increased sales by 50% in a five-month period

Primo Restoration (Director of Marketing and Sales)
In my role as Director of Marketing and Sales, I interviewed and hired a new sales team. I also developed a sales training program that covered product knowledge for retail and storm damage and the company’s competitive advantage.

Crete-Sleeve (Consultant)
As a Consultant, I worked with Crete-Sleeve to revamp their marketing strategy for increased sales. I overhauled their approach by creating a more user-friendly website for clients and distributors, along with the production of videos and client testimonials. I developed all the sales collateral and negotiated agreements with the largest electrical distributor (Wesco International) and the largest plumbing distributor (Ferguson Enterprises) in the U.S. to promote Crete-Sleeve’s products in all 50 states.

  • Created more effective sales collateral

  • Increased revenue by 25% in six months

Creative Gardens & Softscapes (Consultant)
I was recruited by Creative Gardens & Softscapes to enhance overall operations and expand the client base. I implemented various strategies that resulted in a client base growth from 9 to 45 within three years, including the development of new content for the website and brochures that highlighted their competitive advantage. I identified target properties within a specific price range, identified qualified gardeners to be hired and created templates for company contracts and invoices.

  • Developed new website content and collateral materials
  • Identified target properties by price range and recruited skilled gardeners
  • Boosted revenue from $75,000 to $280,000 in three years
